Prof. Francesco Flammini, head of the TAS group, has been invited by Collins Aerospace to deliver a talk at the next meeting of the EUROCAE/SAE G-34/WG-114 joint international committee on artificial intelligence in aviation.
The G-34 “Artificial Intelligence in Aviation” Committee is responsible for creating and maintaining SAE Technical Reports (i.e. Aerospace Information Reports, Aerospace Recommended Practices, and Aerospace Standards) on the implementation and certification aspects related to AI technologies inclusive of any on or off-board system for the safe operation of aerospace systems and aerospace vehicles.
Prof. Francesco Flammini will share his experience and research results achieved as the technical leader of the EU RAILS project, addressing safety concerns in intelligent train control.
